LLMs aren't conscious agents. Plenty of actual bad things to write about not hyping a fake spike. This is just LLMs sucking like they suck and people using more LLM agents that get the chance to suck in the real world. Sure, bad. But it's not stupid ideas like the coming godmachine getting onery.

Yesterday was the first day of Total Party Kon, the Italian OSR convention I organize. I have a lot of stories, but this picture marks the first appearance of FanX as a physical object and I want to share it.

All games generate stories as a byproduct. Play a board game & you absolutely will come away with a story. Even simple games like chess generate stories (“my knight sacrificed themselves for a swift end to war”). Is every game therefore a storytelling game? Or do humans just like to narrativize?
