On Tuesday afternoon, our crew located a boat on radar: 13 people (aged 15–30, incl. 3 minors) in distress in a partly deflated rubber boat, exhausted after departing Libya a day earlier. Water was entering the vessel. The crew provided life vests, drinking water, and evacuated everyone onto NADIR.
