Returning to PZP is the Rude Doctor in a brand new story written by @olieverett.bsky.social THE GAMBLE AT THE END OF TIME, Coming on the 21st February at 1PM!
Cover for a comedic Doctor Who audio, 'THE GAMBLE AT THE END OF TIME', by Oli Everett.

The Rude Doctor (Richard Coyle) stands on a wasteland, barren except for the inclusion of a betting shop.

Behind him are two new characters, a blue-haired futuristic looking woman (Dawn Cooper) and a grey alien.

Looming behind all three of them is a blue-flaming skeleton man in a suit.

Just another modeling project I completed back in November last year was my 5th and final attempt at a J88. It's made from a cut and shut Mainline J72 body and the Electrotren 0-6-0 chassis with some NB parts added to the body

I know I don't post as much here as I should but here's my latest project I've finally got sorted by numbering my J37 into LNER 30s livery earlier this week. I need to look at fixing the numbers in some places but I'm happy with the results

After regauging my J37 loco body chassis. I was able to regauge the tender chassis. This is it pulling a small goods on my clubs layout. Now to look at changing her from BR to LNER 30s condition

So I recently bought an EM gauge J37. It was a lovely model but as I model in OO I had to swap the axels over from EM to OO. Here is the loco running after swapping the axels over last night. She's missing her tender as I still need to swap the tender wheels over.

What if Auld Lang Syne was in comic/manga form? The combination of a recent trip to Edinburgh, a rewatch of @oldlongsign.bsky.social 's Auld Lang Syne series, a 7 hour train ride and a hangover created this...thing!

A shot of a house interior. The scene shows a wooden dresser in the centre and on the right of it is a bed with blue covers and a blue checked curtain. On the left is another white dresser on which there are blue and white plates. Next to this, is a sink. There is a small window, and on the left and right respectively is a stool and a chair.

One of those passings that's quite hard to process. But Britt (and David), in bringing Thomas to television, introduced him to kids like me, at the perfect age to fall in love with Sodor and all of its stories. I think that's a legacy to admire. Thank you, Britt :)

Day 14 of railway history Christmas things. A London & North Western Railway poster, c 1910. Haddon Sundblom's adverts for Coca-Cola in the 1930s didn't invent the modern 'Santa'. According to Neil Armstrong in "Christmas in the Nineteenth Century", the image of...
A railway poster. Above and below the central image it says "At Christmas, busy people relax by L&NWR". Shown is Father Christmas sitting in first class on the left of the carriage; he is in traditional-looking garb, with a red outfit, a beard, a fur-lined hat and a white beard. He is holding red wine. In front of him is a sumptuous meal, including a full cooked bird. Next to him is a member of the railway staff, holding a massive Christmas pudding on a tray. We can see past Santa out the window and the world outside is snowy.

Did You Know: Maude, from the hit* series Auld Lang Syne, has various siblings! Mungo (but he was cut from the episode so ignore him), Albert (but she was from a shit short story so ignore her) Haig (they share the same dad but ignore him) and Gough (okay he counts)! #AuldLangSyneNewWeeFacts
Mungos' glorious crazy-eyed mustached face as drawn by @the-chairlord.bsky.socialAlbert (a new face on Maude's then current model) from the hopefully now lost one-off Auld Lang Syne story 'It's a Small World'. The face bears a striking resemblance to Maude's but with less wrinkles and frowning.Haig (with his irritating smirk) sat in Haymarket station seconds before being humbled by the Inspector.Gough sat in a yard. Gough is basically Maude if he smoked too much. Many wrinkles on his face, grey bushy unkempt eyebrows, naff service 'tache left over from WWI and lots of rivets. Maude can be glimpsed in the background of this scene.
