Indeed there's more congestion in the Sunset than there was during lockdown. But not, on average, more than there was in 2019. More importantly, Great Highway no longer connects to Skyline, Hwy 35, CA 1 -- because IT FELL INTO THE SEA south of Sloat congestion.sfcta.org

It’s a great step forward, but like much of the bike network not near downtown it is very disconnected from other protected or even dedicated bike lanes. When I say disconnected it could be as little as a block, but that unprotected block is crucial for getting less confident cyclist out.

I think people are aware and just don't care. I get to board early since I have an infant. I see so many people just put everything they have, carryon, personal items, and jacket in the overhead. It even occurs when the airline is asking people to gate check carryons for the full flight.

The title of the petition is misleading "The Great Highway for Everyone Act, Restoring Balanced Access to Parks and Safer Transit", I don't understand how closing a park gives balanced access to parks and safer traffic. That said Sunset Dunes is an amazing thing for the neighborhood.

I agree. Maybe what I want is impossible to get. I don't want the barrier to be so high that actual arguments can't be made, but I do want less arguments to be made since many of them are duplicates and/or low value.
