Kirby Air Riders ISNT perfect. The game tries so sooo hard to make you swap off of compact star at the start of city trial when we all know it’s the unspoken rule to keep it the whole match through the stadium event. I have Sakurai’s number.

I’m also 3 episodes deep into Dispatch and really fuck with it. The writing can be very corny at times but it’s definitely done on purpose. Aaron Paul delivers a top-notch performance despite it being his first ever VO role. And Laura Bailey is peak as always.

Apropos of nothing I’ve been getting back into Deadlock. The new characters have bought so much life back into the game. Combine that with the updated map design and swap from 4 to 3 lanes, things feel fantastic. Match length has also gotten much more consistent to about 30 mins. Just a good time.

I love doing YouTube - it’s taught me a lot about myself, my limits, what I’m capable of, and how to create on a consistent cadence. It’s been super fulfilling as a creative so I don’t feel comfortable dumping it. I want to keep making videos. This just means I’m doing it differently. wish me luck.

When will these new videos come out then? Couldn’t tell you. Trust me I wish I knew. Some semblance of structure would be fantastic but just not feasible. I just don’t want to mention a potential schedule then fail to keep it up. Either way - I’ll still be here. just in a more laid back capacity.

When I say change, I mean that bi-weekly/once a month videos will be no more. It’s a painful but necessary change that I have thought deeply about. But I have faith that I can still put out unique videos that still keep the idea of the channel alive.
