This afternoon, the Planning Bill enters the House of Lords. Within it is a proposal that would make it easier to destroy the woods, rivers and wildlife we all love - by weakening the laws that keep them safe. If Part 3 isn’t changed or scrapped, nature will pay the price. ⚠️

A clear stream winds through lush, green woodland, flanked by mossy tree trunks and overhanging branches. The kind of precious habitat that could be lost without strong environmental protections.
