I don't find the "AI tools train you to rely on them" thing very compelling, like yeah, that's how good tools work. It sucks when someone takes away your phillips screwdriver or your autocomplete IDE or google search for APIs. What you're saying when you say it is actually "It's a good tool."

Haters also get real quiet when they know you absolutely don't give a fuck what they think. You'd be amazed at what an aura of quiet confidence and self-love can do to silence the negativity. Once they know you wont take their shit, they usually give up or they reevaluate soon after.
