Kano of haku. is one of the most expressive musicians I've ever seen. from her facial expressions to her movement on stage.

Koryo of yureruwayurei is not just a great bassist, but a bundle of unrestrained energy. he crowdsurfed during other bands' sets, he was in constant motion while on stage. he demanded the promoter of the shows also crowd surf. and he invited the whole audience to dance with him on stage in Montreal. (this shot was taken from the stage lol)

Souta Nakano of pudelhund's glasses. Which repeatedly flew off his head. Sometimes into the crowd. He was not the only musician to lose his glasses, as Koryo from yureruwayurei lost his glasses, as well as his wallet during the shows (and they were safely returned)

and yureruwayurei, a bit shoegaze, with a huge, dynamic sound. felt like every quiet moment was on the verge of explosion. their bassist, Koryo is incredible, his energy made the whole tour even better.

Darrell was always an advocate for safety. Hell, in the practice sessions of the 2001 Daytona 500, Darrell was giving Earnhardt shit for not wearing a full faced helmet. DW was also a huge advocate for "outsiders" participating in the sport.

Sad to hear about Darrell Waltrip. Maybe the guy I consider the GOAT. His voice accompanied so many fav moments, and so many emotional ones. It breaks my heart, but I'm glad the sport is safer these days. I'm also glad they specifically named CTE as a likely factor.

heres an example of how it was during haku. being in front of bass amp def didn't help, but I did hear Kano nice and clear so I cant complain there at all. fuckin great bassists all around this tour. Kano and Koryo (yureru wa yurei) both just in constant motion

Steven (promoter) and I talked afterwards about the mixing in Montreal, not great. Lighting was superb for live crowd but made it hard to capture, apparently phone was overcompensating. Sound on my camera stuff is awful (cuz sound in room was overall bad) Still a fuckin great night praise syayos
