Yes! Because I had an allergy test and documented many, many allergies, I'm able to get my prescription antiperspirant covered by insurance instead of paying out of pocket! It's only $30/month, but that's back in my pocket!

I have sensory issues with photo-heavy sites and social media. Ever since Instagram got popular (so for over a decade LMAO), it's too busy for me. I have a processing disorder/slow processing speed, and it just overwhelms me.

I also had my first menstrual cycle in 3 months after starting this, because it was related to my insulin resistance that meant I was making high testosterone and not ovulating (and the subsequent low progesterone was giving me weeks long migraine attacks).

I'm only on 1 serving a day, but I might add half a serving during breakfast and dinner, bc it helps me with sugar cravings! That maxes out the 2 servings on the specific supplement I take.

PCOS/PMOS friends! About a week ago upon recommendation from my endocrinologist, I added a Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol supplement at lunch to complement my twice daily metformin. I just went to shave for the pool, and I don't have a ton of hair on my toes for the first time since high school!
