TeachMaths.net @teachmaths.bsky.social · 25/02/2026I've added a 'Countdown' style game to the site! I delivered a lesson before half term with a 'Countdown' style element and I was impressed with the competitive spirit it instilled in my (sometimes unfocused!) Year 7 class. It has difficulty settings - try it with indices, or 4 digit numbers! 021
TeachMaths.net @teachmaths.bsky.social · 23/02/2026I'm happy to report a positive lesson on percentage using the Percentages Grid tool! Having the digital tool at hand really made it straightforward to synthesise examples when reteaching was needed, and easily show equivalence between percentages and twentieths/tenths/more. #mathsteaching #FDPteachmaths.netTeachMaths.net | Interactive mathematics in the classroomA collection of interactive mathematics teaching tools. 010
