Man, the urge to just spend tons of money on computer components, upgrading my setup along with being able to upgrade or even gift those I care about entirely new systems, is great. That said, the urge to not have ice soup for dinner each night is greater. So unfortunately, kindness must wait. >:(

Hmm. Depends on if we're talking laptop or home PC. For PC, already got a list of what I want to upgrade and why, though biggest problem is money. As for laptop, not much room for upgrades. Though if he did give me a SSD/flash drive to upload into my computer to have him always, that'd be cool. :P
