I saw an old picture of myself where my muscles were getting pretty big, but I pretty much stopped weightlifting because I didn't see the results at the time. Guess I might have had some muscle dysmorphia?

I'm sure this happens to people on bluesky, but it hasn't been my experience. On Threads its easy to escape containment and get randos hoping into your replies misinterpreting or reading too much into a post and jumping down your throat. I hate that.
