I guess in the options of how a traumatic experience could affect my energy levels extreme fatigue on a day off isn’t the worst option but I could do without feeling like I’m trapped in constant nightmares while having no real choice but to sleep all day. It’s possible that I may have had more traumatic experiences this year than any other single calendar year since I became an adult, and honestly, that’s really saying something. I really need a few months to go by without getting traumatized again.

When you get traumatized along with the whole student body of a private school, there is no attempt to bring in therapists or even have a group discussion about it. I don’t even know anything about how we’re supposed to answer questions of clients who for sure are gonna want to know what happened.

In good news for today: I came home to find that I’ve been approved for MARTA paratransit for 3 years. It looks like I might have to wait for a physical card in the mail. I’m gonna relax, take some medical cannabis and eat, then I’ll call and see if I can set this up while I wait for my card.

I convinced a friend to go to the hospital a few hours ago based on her description of her pain. Now she’s going into emergency surgery. If your pain is at a level 7 or above and that isn’t normal for you; you are absolutely experiencing a medical emergency and need to go to the ER immediately!
