Ukraine needs to hit all the Russian data centres it can. I’d prioritise it over Russian oil revenue this month. We don’t know what it would do, but it might change America into a better ally and it might cause a run on Russian banks.

Collapses are spontaneous as they are a cascade. They are as close to binary, a complex system can get. Russia hasn’t collapsed and won’t until it suddenly has collapsed. I can’t predict when the Russian collapse will happen but I can tell you ropes are missing, frayed and are under full strain.
