the evle deis models transit connections assume everett joins community transit. it shows a section of a proposed 2037 network used for planning on appendix g.1 its got way more connections than everett sticking it alone

washington state requires service hours to be tabulated in a yearly transit development plan (TDP). so it makes it a lot more tangible to see how tax revenue is transformed into tangible bus service

currently the city of everett has just over 110k revenue fixed-route hours. consolidation would just about double that figure. thats ~220k service hours, or about two service hours per resident. that huge increase will change the course of the city significantly

it would be life changing. even in the near term! includes commuter route becoming all day. route 7 could get extended to mariner. and multiple new routes and the return of direct service along madison (which hasn't had service for more than a decade iirc!)
