Listening to the current Senator Graham is really more than I can stomach. I understand her incredibly sad defense of her brother, but to we really need to hear her personal issues? The only one who has made sense is Cory Booker, who is really furious.

I did tune in to Rachel and heard the story of Khalil, one of the Iraqi's who helped our forces years back and was given immunity here in return. drumpf has reversed that decision and deported this person to Africa. These decisions are so clearly the product of a very sick mind and so upsetting.

Could someone in the WH tell the president that the US owns one half of each Great Lake, with the exception of Lake Michigan, which is owns because it is entirely within the borders of the US. Otherwise, Canada owns the other half of each lake, so he needs Canada's OK to change Ontario.

David Wallace-Wells' article in the NYT was so off the mark. Dr. Fauci was a hero to many long before Wallace-Wells was paying attention. Maybe wait a while before passing judgement at a young age. Blaming Dr. Fauci overlooks drumpf's retribution campaign, which is all it is.

Apparently we are going to be saddled with drumpf's personal lawyer as our Attorney General, despite all the negative problems with that. I suppose that means that there will be no IRS audits of the drumpf family. Republicans in general are reprehensible.

The treatment of Dr. Anthony Fauci yesterday by the bullies in the Republican party brought this country back to the days of McCarthy, which seems to be where we are these days. It was shameful and it has been roundly denounced, but it should not be allowed. Congress must be called to account.

My Sunday am's are so much better with Jacob Soboroff. He was interviewing a candidate, and asked her what she thought when Blanche said to DJT that if he wanted to fire him, OK. Jacob said "remember when he said, ugh, gross, I love you sir". I laughed out loud.

I just watched "A House of Dynamite" on Netflix. What becomes immediately clear is that, God forbid, if we were to face anything remotely similar in this country, we are not equipped at the governmental level to respond. We do not have an executive able to make rational decisions. Terrifying.

It is my understanding that the Democratic party sent people around the country earlier this year to select new candidates to run for office. This was done without a lot of experience and without careful vetting. If this is a fact, someone needs to demand accountability.

I know this isn't a scientific opinion, but maybe the birthrate is low because more women are educated, the cost of living is outrageous, housing is unaffordable, and the planet is cooking and almost no one is doing anything about it. But hey, smart phones.

I was sent a small bill for an item I had ordered some weeks ago from the UK. In my life, I have ordered many things from other countries and I have never had to pay our own government extra, just because it was from another country. It was a very small amount of money, but infuriating nonetheless.
