I did not say all of this. Why would you hear something I did not say? If saying you are noisy is a rude thing to say, I did not intend it to be so. But it seems it is the only thing you wish to remember.

Lessons learned from looking back at what you once were and what you have become. To see the path that you have traveled can be enlightening. Maybe even from mistakes made. It took me very long to see this. I did not think I could make mistakes, that itself is something learned.
