Have you ever done poses using a wall? I love using a wall because it gives great feedback and it makes you more stable. If you go the YT route, I might suggest looking for a wall or chair supported class.

I was that person. I did yoga in my head, but not in reality! I found a class that actually taught me how to do the poses and it changed everything. I’m super out of practice but decided to do the training anyway, so I’m getting a crash course.

I just finished the second month of an 8-month yoga teacher training. This weekend's topic was sun salutations, and man oh man, I'm fuckin exhausted. But I learned two very important things: 1. There are moon salutations! 2. I'm much stronger than I think!

I think the issue here isn't so much that chatbots give bad advice as that people trust AI more than they trust their own judgment. We've all received bad beta from other climbers, out-of-date guidebooks, etc. But when things start to get sketchy, you say "wait, this can't be right" and bail.
