Instalēt eParaksta browser extension aizņēma tikai stundu, bet varbūt tas ir tāpēc, ka es jau zināju, kādiem riņķiem vajadzēs līst cauri. Firefox vēl joprojām nestrādā, bet ar Chromium kā par brīnumu tagad varu autorizēties arī internetbankā, ne tikai EDS utml.

Sakiet, no kura cauruma rokas aug eParaksta izstrādātājiem? Un vai ir prātīgi tādiem uzticēt savu identitāti? Man vajadzēja gandrīz 6h, lai šo brīnumu piedabūtu strādāt. Ja es nebūtu programmētājs, šaubos, vai tas vispār būtu iespējams.

The fact that it CAN be enforced is the biggest problem. All modern computers have hardware that can stop them from booting arbitrary OS. Even today, depending on the distro, installing Linux may require turning it off.
