are we being rage baited??The visualization is REALLY misleading. **remember, these are a guideline for the general population (who is was more sedentary compared to athletes). Athletes & highly active individuals may have different nutrition needs (like more carbs). It’s important to talk to a dietitian for individual needs! What are your thoughts? Will people actually pay more attention compared to years past??#sportsnutrition #sportsdietitian #foodisfuel #foodfreedom #dietaryguidelines #dietitian #redmeat

The province says more support is on the way, but delays in opening the hubs and a lack of access to housing have led to doubts about the strategy.

A very interesting review on the links between social class and mental health Currently, the strongest evidence links lower social positions to depression. #SocialPsychology #PsychSciSky #ClinicalPsychology
Highlights
•We meta-review 149 reviews on social class and mental health/wellbeing.
•Evidence across reviews varies for different facets of social stratification.
•There is some, but fairly limited evidence for moderators and mediators.
•There is higher-quality evidence linking lower social positions to depression.
•We require low-bias reviews synthesising high-quality primary studies.

A multi-story building with a classic architectural design featuring large windows and a stone facade. The ground floor has an entrance for "The Market on James" with arched windows. Two people are seen walking outside, one pushing a stroller.
