Symphonies 39,40 and 41, all played by the SUPERB Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, an ensemble I have been listening to for 3 decades. I had no idea they were based in London. The Captain Jason Dahl Scholarship Fund is proud to announce that as of today, January 9th, 2026, the 2026 application window is now OPEN and will close on March 31st, 2026 at Midnight PDT.

We encourage applicants to carefully review the eligibility requirements, including the new requirements for 2026 listed below.

In addition to the requirement to major in aviation or an equivalent field, applicants for the 2026 scholarship:

- Must have completed at least ONE FULL YEAR at an accredited 4-year college/university program located within the United States.
- Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Unfortunately at this time, high school students are NOT eligible.

Last year, the scholarship reviewed a record-breaking 750+ applicants, and as a result, we have decided to increase the standards for the 2026 season. In 2025, the Captain Jason Dahl Scholarship awarded over $45,000 in total to our top applicants, representing winners from various collegiate aviation programs across the United States
