Straightforward, after having made the bolognaise earlier and having panko breadded chicken on hand - Chicken parmignana, spaghetti is chewy and good, sauce is full of mostly tomato celery and carrot and peas, basil, oregano, GARLIc, a little bit of thyme and rosemary, white wine and vegetable stock
