Impressions of They Odyssey having finally seen it. (Not really spoilers). Pros: i like the visuals. I loved the emphasis on practical effects and the set building, and the shooting locations. Directing was pretty top notch but it has the kind of……sterility i feel from Christopher Nolan films….

The whole outfit is one khaki colour, save for his grey socks under his brown slides. He bends towards a toolbox on the ground. On the Samurai's bumper stands a canned cocktail from a local brewery in the Tiwa Lands, so-called Albuquerque. The driver's side door is wide open with the window down.

Oh man. On the flight home now, won’t get home until after midnite then early work in the morning. These no-pto convention trips are kinda rough but its worth it for the fun times with far away friends :) Will post pics and thoughts on ASC later. My first time fullsuiting at a con was a blast!

With the airtag its easy to gain piece of mind by seeing my fursuit does appear to be on the plane with me. However i can’t imagine the anxiety spike id get if on some trip it looks like its not. Maybe i shouldn’t be checking

Well my first choice plans fell through this weekend. But I had a lot of saturday night fun on my backup plan and I HUSTLED and got a shit-ton done in my house which is going to make upcoming weekends a lot easier. So....Neutral outcome for the weekend I'd say. Not disappointed.

Spent the extended weekend seeing a deer friend in Minnesota. Got to spend time exploring Minneapolis and its art museum and have my first camp trip outside the west coast. The land and nature are so different but still very enjoyable. It was a special experience. Would enjoy visiting again someday.
