It imprisons 542 people per 100k of population, currently 1.8 million people. Close to 40% are black despite black people making up only 14% of the population. We in the UK aren't much better; just 4% of our population is made up of black people while they make up 12.1% of our prisoners. 5/6

Sen Schiff is skewering Blanche on permitting Trump to walk away with immunity from tax liability from a lawsuit Trump filed after the statute of limitations had run--which is an airtight defense DOJ would have normally asserted & which would have ended the litigation. It didn't do that here.
