We enjoyed returning to thunderbirdbarpdx.com in the Foster-Powell neighborhood of SE #PDX, for more of their crave-worthy #vegan comfort food options. These show we can be being kinder to ourselves, the other animals, and our 🌎, and still enjoy delicious and satisfying food.

The top left is the Scoot Scoot sandwich. It had crispy, meaty vegan chicken, smoky, thick-cut, crispy pig-free Thrilling Foods Bakon™, avocado, onion, tomato, lettuce, and miso mayo.

The top right is a side of sweet potato fries.

The bottom left is the Harvest Moon Salad, which consisted of spring mix, sweet potato, butternut squash, parsnips, cucumbers, red onion, dried cranberries, beets, and sweet and tangy agave mustard vinaigrette.

The bottom shows the outside of Thunderbird Bar on SE Foster. There is now a second location on N Mississippi.
