Capabilities are frequently misrepresented like this by being placed & assessed on a linear scale. A log scale is more appropriate. I am at least 100 times less capable but not yet bed bound. 1% of 12km is 120m, still not within my capability. Yet I am housebound so should have 30% 🙄🙄

Curiosity got the better of me and I did what I probably shouldn’t have. This screenshot alone tells me that whoever put the questionnaire together has no idea how limiting this condition is. If I had been able to walk 12km easily on a day of a holiday, would I be able to do 30-50% of that now?

I think my morning HRV was considerably lower than in the afternoon. For that reason, I showed high heart rate and stress in morning but not afternoon. My point is that "pace points" aren't such a good proxy for energy use 🤔 But maybe HR screams out when energy isn't being produced efficiently.

Does anyone have an authoritative text source about parasympathetic swing effects for #pwME please? Early in day high reading when showering - Quite typical. Later same day, paradoxical reading whilst doing simple posture stretches, lying down. Swear I used 5 x energy on posture, but barely shows.

Unable to read report in full, but does demographics table indicate confounders for Smoking, Alcohol and Hypertension? - All significantly elevated in LC & Covid groups compared to HC? Plus, a median age of *71* is ideal for this study? Not sure if past studies show e.g. no correlation for dementia.
