New paper out yesterday. We have been able to show improvement in goal attainment and Arm and Leg Activity measures in a primarily community managed cohort, which provides a unique perspective on spasticity treatment delivery and positive outcomes.

Cochrane rightly pointed out that their own review of exercise therapy for ME was “based on a research question and a set of methods from 2002, and reflects evidence from studies that applied definitions of ME/CFS from the 1990s" and convened a panel for an update. The update was then cancelled
