Also the physical improvements from not drinking, and being able to push harder at the gym, have been immense. Cardio performance up, sweating greatly reduced, love handles gone, gum problems (😬) fixed, and clothes fit better! Would definitely recommend.

I've only gone and done a full year alcohol free! It's been a mad 12 months... I've met lots of new friends, visited new places, got into the best shape of my life and made decent progress with the old MH. Seriously life changing shit, no regrets ❤️

After a LOT of dicking around moving the hooks down, filling holes / painting over bits, and with the addition of some spendid local artwork from Handmade Nottingham, the bottom of the stairs is now ✨finished✨

What better way to fill an unexpected empty Sunday than with some DIY! They’re surprisingly level (for me) but I wouldn’t put money on them staying attached to the wall if a heavy coat or hat was hooked on 😂 possibly should have positioned them a bit lower too but they’ll do as they are 🎩

11 months and 9kg lighter, I thought I’d try the blue Superdry softshell in the large size again (it was too small back then) and it fits beautifully now! AND it’s £30 off in the sale this time round 🥳 Now to get the old one (same design but in XL) on vinted to pay for it 😂
