OC-tober 2026, drawing no. 1: Your OC Did the line art with ink pen, then had the idea to colour it in Photoshop. It took just as long as if I had done it with markers, so didn’t save any time, but… idk I don’t hate it? #inktober #OC-tober #Inktober2026 #OC-tober2026 #bg3tav #bg3durge

ink pen drawing of my BG3 OCs, coloured in Photoshop.
To the left is Rani, tav, wood elf ranger. Dark brown skin with freckles, long curly dark hair in a ponytail, white facial tattoos, green and brown fantasy medieval clothes.
To the right is Morgarsten, durge, drow bard. Dark grey skin, long straight white hair, black tattoos on forearms and throat, clothes in mostly black and dark shades of grey.

same ink pen drawing of my BG3 OCs, but only the line art without colours.

Will try doing Inktober again this year! Or OC-tober, as I’ll focus more on my own characters. If I'm gonna be in the BG3 fandom I desperately need to practice drawing humans... Even made a prompt list for myself, feel free to use and copy 😊 #inktober #OC-tober #Inktober2026 #OC-tober2026

Rani's family name is Starflower and according to family tradition, she has a white starflower on her forehead. Her mum, sister and grandma also have similar tattoos. In-game I use the "chandelier" tattoo, but I've tried drawing what I think they should look like. #bg3fanart #art #traditionalart

Elenion is a trans man, uses he/they, and he and Gale are both bi 💗 Elenion is a bard who's had countless short flings and one night stands and was very determined to never fall in love, but then they fell hard for Gale! The two of them love stargazing together. #Elenion ✨ #Starweave #bg3queer

I see all my characters as bi/pan, mostly because I am... It's like the default setting 😂 Rani is in a m/f relationship with Gale, while Morgarsten has been making life complicated for *everyone* in camp. (Bards, amirite..?) But in the end, I think there's none he's closer to than his Starlight 🩶

I apologise for calling my autistic paladin OC, Irennan, "lawful stupid" and "a himbo" and "as sharp as a sock full of soup" and for sexualising him by referring to him as "a twunk" and making him wear the Wavemother's Robe. I am, indeed, history's worst monster. I will do better.

Irennan is a male drow with collar-length white hair swept back from his forehead except for one strand stubbornly falling down the right side of his face. He has violet-grey skin and violet eyes, small pointed ears with two piercings in each lobe and two in the cartilage. He has a scar running across the bridge of his nose to his right cheek and freckles on his cheeks. He has another scar on his lip and another on his jaw.

In this screenshot, taken in the Underdark in Act 1, Irennan stands before a longsword with glowing elements at the base of the hilt near the crossguard and on the blade itself. He wears blue, white, and silver heavy armour, and looks at the sword with a bit of a smirk on his face.

Irennan, wearing different and heavier heavy armour in blue, silver, and white, stands before Jaheira at the entrance to Last Light Inn during early act 2. She has her back to the "camera" as Irennan faces it, looking at her with his arms crossed and a neutral expression as he listens to her.

Irennan in Rivington in act 3. A close up of him from the shoulders up; his heavy armour now has purple elements in it. He's frowning and pouting slightly, looking off to the edge of the frame at someone or something standing on his left. His eyes are narrowed suspiciously.

Quote with your vibe if you were a vampire

meme from The Witcher 3. A vampire is laying in its resting place, looking up at Geralt standing above him.

Vampire asks: Is it 1358 yet?
Geralt: No...
Vampire: Then fuck off.

Life happened and I ended up being afk much longer than expected but (knock on wood and all that) I think I’m back. Even managed to play the game for 5 minutes only to be insulted by He Who Was' raven. I imagine Rani (my animal loving ranger) was SO offended lmao #BG3 #starflower

#tavqotd who were they before? Mal existed as a concept for a DnD campaign that never happened because the DM hated Drow. So, I quit the campaign but the concept of Mal existed for a good long while before finally coming to life in BG3.

Gods this is so real. Realism is a technical still, sure! It shows your understanding of a medium, of light, or the ability to copy a photo. But it's not everything. It's not the ONLY thing. You can make amazing non-realistic art. You can make amazing stylized art. Cute, funky, weird, great art.

I'm old. If you're not, listen to this. Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder. Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever. It's literally never been more important.
