If you're like me and on iOS, and got locked out of 18+ servers, but you're classified as an adult, go into the discord web app and recheck the age restricted servers on iOS. Even if it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again. That should solve your issue. This whole thing is dumb as hell.

Monday! Another chapter online. #Shae for the first time gets outside #Menzoberranzan, a thing he had been looking forward to, since he was told, such would await him at the academy. #drow #oc #fanfic archiveofourown.org/works/705336...

Summary:

Shae had learned, the Underdark was much more than the cavern housing Menzoberranzan, more than the surrounding mazes, tunnels, grottoes and caves. Much more. A huge network of hundreds such caverns and caves, which made it its dimensions far and wide – higher up and lower deep. But as a result of such a mazing structure, it was not always possible to travel from one end of the great Underdark to the other. He understood it to be some kind of structure, similar to those so-called lands up on the surface – which seemed to be another … region, just … above it all – though they did not learn much about them or specific domains within the Deep. It was not necessary – survival outside Menzoberranzan, especially alone, was nearly impossible. And the surface only was a place to go when on a raid, teaching those threats a lesson or defy an attack before it even could start.

Summary:

They would go out on the Bazaar once a week and out on patrols to the inner perimeters and then to the outskirts once a month next year. Their personal lessons with their specialised masters were getting more, because they were already halfway through their training, only four more at Magthere and in their last, they would spend six months each at Sorcere and Arach Tinilith, then graduate. They needed now to shift more to their individual growth, for the basics were set. Now they would train to outgrow the bonds of class, to become fighters for their houses and also to become guards for their city.

Yet Shae couldn't help: he was missing ... something and he couldn't figure out, what it was.

Summary:

Leola fathomed for the first time in her short life, her father was afraid of the stars, though they both were made of them and he nearly was as powerful as an Elder. Afraid of the endless cosmos to devour all he had come to love, for there was no greater gift than being able to love – a thing stars obviously were not born with, because they were… created, yet Alhena and Alzir, Castor and Pollux showed, that concept was not foreign. Love was universal if you only allowed it touching you. And with allowing it you had to accept becoming vulnerable and vulnerability was something very mortal, humane. Maybe that was the problem here: her father afraid of the stars because he had so much love to give and been taken away - and the stars afraid, love might make them mortal, less powerful. Vulnerable.

Yes, I might be a "nitpicker" here but: that's why I said I don't have the same experience, when drawing on #wacom Movink11 (left - new pen), as when I draw on my wacom IntuosPro and the old pen (right). I fucking see the difference in the lines, the strokes, the "life in the flow". #csp #pen

Sketchy page shows Shae in several fighting poses, training with his two different blades (a drowblade and a scimitar). Ending pose is him meditating to finish his routine and he - as always - only wears breeches and bracers, is bare-chested and barefoot.

Summary:

For the first time Shae truly notices, how the silence of a missing voice cab weighed heavily upon one, though Melee Magthere is anything but quiet.
The loss of one he only slowly stars to realise, had been a friend, challenges him in so many ways he cannot cope with.
He is a passenger in whatever this is, that was now left of him.

Summary:

Drow are used to losses - they don't lament or think about them much, is it nearly a daily occasion in an environment as the Underdark and living in the City of Spiders. But when it comes to one, that Shae didn't quite know he considered a friend, things become ... unsettling for him. What is the difference? They all knew, not all would make it to Graduation and even then, as house fighters it is more than clear, most of them will not pass their hundreds.

Why though does it ... feel like that now?

#Shae can't consume milk/cheese in larger amounts - since drow don't raise their children as usual, he isn't used to process lactose. That's why he thinks milk and cheese smells awful - he's got the habit of sniffing at possible food first (could be rank or poisoned)
