Anyway, all the negativity aside, I finally managed to finish the new VENA CAVA chapter. Give it a read if the premise of Astarion watching his lost love succumb to the same fate she saved him from seems interesting! (or if you want to see Mal eat people tbh) 🗨️⬇️ #bg3 #bg3fic #ocmaleane #ficvenacava

I put together a collection of tracks I listen to while writing my gothic Tavstarion fic, VENA CAVA, and figured I should turn it into a playlist readers can enjoy while experiencing the story. Link in the comments below ⬇️ #bg3 #bg3fic #ocmaleane #ficvenacava

i should clarify, when i write people doing bad things, it's because i am bad. they are me. more importantly, when you read about those bad things, they also become you. that's how story works. in fact, you are going to think about murder before this skeet ends. how's that feel, sicko.

girls' pics at the pumpkin patch but make them a little homoerotic... as a treat 🧡 I have taken a LOT of photos at the pumpkin patch while practicing/really enjoying my new PC, & I'm using these for the final prompt of Cozy September 🧡 which is quite simply: 🎃 pumpkin 🎃

Luna lying half on top of Willow, both of them belly-down toward the ground (not sure how to describe that). There are fireflies out of focus and pumpkins in the background.

From left to right: Luna, Ofelia, Merelind, and Willow all embrace while posing for a photo in front of a haystack with pumpkins on top of it. Merelind is mugging while the others look like they're mid-convo or maybe surprised

Luna, sitting with her legs crossed in a witch, ritual-ish position on top of a table with potions and hats on it. There is a shelf with pumpkins behind her.

Lyria and Ruyn dance together. Out of focus in the background, Ofelia and Luna seem to be in a conversation, and there are many pumpkin and haystack decorations.

#tavqotd In canon!Marcus' culture their religion centers on stars so in his first language the most affectionate way to address someone is "my most beloved star". Regardless if that actually fits Calishites, I decided to bring it to Tav!Marcus too so he can call Astarion my most beloved star😌🌟

Marcus holds Astarion very gently and says "My most beloved star"

Was there ever innocence in him? Astarion wondered as he held her close, the soft warmth radiating off her grey skin filling his unbeating heart with comfort. Were softer, kinder things still out of their reach? Were they truly so undeserving? #bg3 #bg3vp #astarion #malstarion #ocmaleane

Comic page. Marcus has left the table and the letter is gone. Marcus does a montage of very ordinary errands, washes the dishes, polishes armour, buys wine, haggles with the fishmonger, while still having the same concerned/dejected expression.

Comic page. Marcus stands still while a nautiloid appears over the city. He sighes, smokes his pipe and says: "Shit."

#KarkkiPlaysBG3 #bg3 #bg3tav #art Marcus tadpole adventures - Part 1: Marcus' not very good day 1/2

Comic page. Marcus sits in his patio in Baldur's Gate in the morning while reading a paper, drinking coffee and lighting his pipe.

Comic page. Marcus turns to look at a letter open next to him on a table with a dejected expression.

The letter reads: Commander,
As before there's nothing to report. The young
lord is the same as ever. Sleeps poorly, drinks
and gambles too much, but nothing alarming.
- Caelthas
P.S. It's surely not my place and I don't
know what's going on between you two, but
couldn't you just come here and talk to him
yourself? He asks about you often, I do think
he would listen to you. He swore me not to
write to you about that, but I'm hoping it'll
convince you, since frankly I'm tired of being
some kind of messenger between you.

Illustration of the "Queen of Swords" card from the Vampire's Tale Tarot. The artwork depicts a woman kneeling on a stone floor and she reaches up toward a flying bat. She wears a crown, and a small sword lays on the ground beside her. In the background we can see a crescent moon and the distant peaks of mountains.
