Fell onto outstretched hands 2 weeks ago.... apparent scaphoid fracture in right wrist but still not visible on xray. No pain in anatomic snuffbox, but volar prominence still hurts. Got CT scan today, no results yet. Have been wearing thumb spica splint last 2 weeks. I am so over this. Any advice? 😜

Just finished my latest 3 day fast 💪🔥 and feel great. Down about 15 lbs since mid-May.... feels great to be back on the "wagon" again lol. I dropped an 8lb dumbbell on my foot this week, ugh - prob not broken, but just in case I've been laying off the walking, but should be back at it soon!

I finished my 96 hour fast and feel great! Broke it tonight with some cheese then a nice bbq steak and green salad. Proud I stuck with it for 4 whole days.... but don't need to go that long next time. Next week: 3 day fast, 2 days OMAD + 2 days 2MAD 😊. I'm down 13.2 lbs! This is the plan for me. 💪🔥

Day 3 of my 4 day fast accomplished.... this one was a struggle. Stomach growling tonight and I was tempted to eat. My husband did a 2 day fast that he ended tonight and I came close to doing the same.... but I set myself this challenge and want to see it through to suppertime tomorrow 💖💪🔥

Wrapping up Day 2 of my 4 day fast... feeling really energetic! I actually really like this plan... everyone says "I could never fast!" but the reality is that hunger only lasts for a few minutes and then goes away. 52 hours since I ate and I'm no longer hungry at all. Let's see how tomorrow goes! 😊

Starting a new fast this week.... finished supper at 6pm tonight (Monday) and planning to not eat again til 6pm Friday, i.e. 96 hours, my longest fast yet! I'll have black coffee and tea, water, multivitamins and the occasional mug of bone broth for salt and minerals. Let's see how it goes 😊💪🤞.

Well, I'm back on the intermittent fasting wagon again.... it's worked well for me in the past and unlike "diets", I don't weigh or measure food, count point or calories etc. Been doing one meal a day for a few weeks and did a 72 hour fast this week and I'm down 9lbs and feel great! /1
