I like seeing the argument "without AI these ports would not exist" and here's my actual response: I actually would rather not see them exist for an extremely simple reason: They're absolutely USELESS. And I would say that emulation has always allowed similar improvements the entire time.

“Separate the art from the artist” is not a valid excuse if the artist is very much alive and has been documented to use their revenue from the IP to undermine, harm and slander a minority. Even if it doesn’t harm you directly, educate yourself and be aware of it, then avoid it.
