I haven't spent as much time on social media lately, which has been both awesome and kinda...weird?
I've been trying to reduce my overall "input" -- less scrolling, fewer Shorts, more spaces inbetween where I'm just existing and not consuming. Less of the mental equivalent of snacking on junk food.
