It’s wonderful to see our research finally out. It shows that the amazing Devil’s Arrows in Boroughbridge, Yorkshire were transported 18km from Brimham Rocks (not Plumpton!) to the site. royalsocietypublishing.org/rspa/article/4…

This is rather wonderful. The music itself is fantastic, but coupled with the footage it gets some real emotion heft. Mark has always made beautiful atmospheric music, but his work with the kids of the PPYO is definitely worth a listen and a follow 🙂 Recommended.

‘Buddo’ - a rare representation of a human figure from the British Neolithic, dating to around 2900-2400 BC. Discovered at Skara Brae in the mid-C19th, it was re-discovered amongst the archaeological collections at Stromness Museum in 2016. 📸 My own. #FindsFriday #Orkney #Prehistory
