Ian Volante @sometimehippy.eurosky.social · 16/10/2026This is before I'd first heard Muse. That moment happened in 2001 I think; I thought it was a new Radiohead song. Very much liked it though. #totp 000 0

Ian Volante @sometimehippy.eurosky.social · 16/10/2026As for Radiohead, I think they wrote some lovely stuff in the 90s, although their more interesting and maybe groundbreaking (at least to a more commercial level) stuff was the next decade. 010 1

Ian Volante @sometimehippy.eurosky.social · 14/10/2026I want to start a thread naming British places which I'm not sure actually exist, or at least, nothing's ever happened there, and nobody comes from there. I've no doubt there'll be droves of them popping out of the woodwork, but anyway. Any similarity to the Meaning of Liff is purely accidental. 330 3
Ian Volante @sometimehippy.eurosky.social · 14/10/2026An Edinburgh Asda I sometimes go in has some screens around the non-food bits at the moment, a couple of them within a metre or so of each other (last time I looked). You can stand in one place and listen to three different streams of crap talking over each other. It's great. 020 2
Ian Volante @sometimehippy.eurosky.social · 14/10/2026Stupid animal scarer in a garden I passed earlier with the dogs feels like it's given my tinnitus a boost after I lingered there to poo pick. Pretty crappy design if I can hear it without difficulty. The tinnitus increase might be because I'm thinking about it, but it does seem worse than usual. 000 0
