We call on local conservatives to drop their opposition to the Rosendale Cycle Lane extension which will enable hundreds of families to get to school safely, walking wheeling and cycling. The vast majority of children travel sustainably to school, yet there were 443 recorded collisions involving children travelling to and from school last year - the equivalent of a large primary school. It's time to put their safety first and enable more families to travel healthily and sustainably.
