Was that work done by the stats? I recall big time based gates though the “retry a skill check after leveling up” definitely helped that work if thats what you mean (Not disputing, its been a few years since i played)

Yeah, saying the murder mystery isnt the point is a bit misleading, probably better to say its wasnt the part that resonated most with me (though it was very good!) and felt like an on ramp for the stuff that did resonate most/felt most important

Yeah, the actual murder mystery part is not really the point of the game… most of the time but there are passive & active skill checks that open various clues/investigation routes so i think it meets the criteria

Prison Decks. Stuff that just turns off your cards or taxes them beyond belief Karn + Mycosynth Lattice. Chalice of the void. Trinisphere. Winter Orb. Ran into something like that at a friend's cube draft. I didn't even know about the archetype at the time so I still had a blast seeing it work.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2

“From scratch” can include a wide range of approaches, what do mean exactly? in my case, ive rolled my own engine in c++ with some libraries compiled in. i started by following along with handmade hero, the early stuff is more generally applicable
