The same mail delivery brought me some hammered steel drink coasters, mainly so my cat can have a nice coaster for her dedicated water glass, but also they're wildly heavy and I think you could concuss someone with them. So it's a great day for dangerous commonplace items in our house.

Cal had a surprise trip to the vet today for some bladder inflammation and as a result, has had his first pill. He was NOT impressed by the experience, but now he is stoned, so there's that. Also I think this was his first trip in the carrier with the viewing bubble. 👀
