Major crash out last night at work. Got basically nothing done at the busiest store in our district. Guess where I am tonight: same store. It's a struggle for me to walk upstairs idk how I'm going to work for 10 hours on my feet. Not even the last day I work this week. 🪦

Oops. Listened to the soundtrack from the movie #GardenState and forgot "Such Great Heights" cover by Iron and Wine was on it. Won't do that again. Did not want to get that deep in the feels this early in the morning/late of my day. 🫠

Dear any company giving me a survey: I will, as an additional comment at the end, insist that AI should not be used or at the very least be clear if it is being used. #AIoptOut

The saying "when one door closes another one opens" has an opposite meaning too. When you go through a new door you often close it behind you, so you can't go back to where you were. Sometimes I want to go back more than I want new doors to open up. But that's just me being "too sensitive."

So now I only have my PC and one monitor plugged in. Tripped my circuit like 5 times trying to figure out what is over loading it. Hope it isn't my PC, but that seems like the biggest draw on juice. 😭

A politician actually doing things to improve the city is so wild in 2026. It's sad that it has gotten this way. Every mayor should be taking notes. ✍️

I am struggling for real. And I just took vacation so I don't have a lot of time that I could use to take off. But like... it's getting harder every week since my AuDHD diagnosis. I thought it was hard before, now it's even harder. 🫠

Finally back in state, taking a Lyft to and from the airport is the smartest thing for me. Not having to put that much extra energy into driving to, parking at, and then driving from the airport is the literal best. And I started doing this before I was diagnosed AuDHD! 😂

One thing I really didn't miss from when I was in college was telling drunk people no, I in fact did not want to do that, and no I was not going to do it. Probably why even from a young age I understood how drunk people were at someone saying no. Really glad to be going home tomorrow.

The main way in which AI has negatively impacted games industry jobs is not through actual automation of those jobs or even untrue claims about automation. It's by making capital unavailable because it's tied up in AI investments while also destroying the consumer base for video game hardware.

Unfortunately, HR made our office manager take this down almost immediately. They said because it's in a common area, it had to be removed. We've used common areas for many things as a team, including fan works, but HR seems to believe that a Celebration of Service is inappropriate.

I helped a lady last night with some cash, because of certain circumstances she wasn't able to get into her own account at our store. She thanked me profusely, and I hated every second of it. I don't want the recognition, I just want the rest of the world to step up and be less shitty. #MoneyIsFake

I still remember when the #DBD release All Things Wicked came out with the #Unknown and #Sable. The Unknown is still top 5 killers for me, probably top 3. Shortly after the voice actress for the Unknown, Zoey Alexandria passed away. I still get sad knowing that she died so young. 😢💔
