Saw the Resident Evil movie last night and... kinda thought it was just ight to be real. Like its fun but I imagine a few months from now I'm gonna forget all about it, and I'll probably never have the desire to watch it again. Lotta hubbub for this one but personally didn't really vibe with it.

Minish Cap was excellent that I ended up playing it twice since it was short but sweet. In my 2nd go, I even got the infamous paperweight Mirror Shield. (You can only get it after beating the game)

An unreleased Nintendo 64 game has been released today by Team Carrot. Kaminari no Gotoku: Choukousoku Igo by Seta is as you can guess from the screenshots a table Go game. This prototype build appears to be near final and can be fully played, as long as you have knowledge of Japanese and Go.

Had a friend come over and we got a bit pass the frist boss into the 2nd area of Orbitals Game is phenomenal. Just peak design craftsmanship to the level design, world building, animation, music, etc. Everything was so carefully made and had love poured into it.

Went trinket hunting locally and found some neat stuff. There's only one store near me that I really liked out of the stops I visited (walked out with all three things pictured) so may make it a habit of stopping in montly just to see what comes in. It was nice change from ebay listings

Finished Octopath Traveler earlier today before work. The actual final boss slayed for "closure." Not just finishing all eight traveler's stories. The games break system felt like a buffet I couldn't get enough of. Its puzzle like structure made me feel like I was playing chess.

The optional super boss gods in Octopath 1 are exhilarating. Constant use of calculated breaks and status impairments are a must. Two down, two more to go, but each time I finally watch the huge gorgeous sprite dissipate I sigh the biggest breath of relief
