Such a great idea for a film. Making the dog the main character not only raises the stakes because the audience does not want anything bad to happen to him, but we can see or interpret how stressful t...

The film has a simple premise, but simplicity is what makes it terrifying. Walk. That's it. Another great film based on a Stephen King story. There's one basic goal, and that allows us to get to know t...

That was so good! You know it's a Conjuring related film because it starts with a bunch of girls moving into a house that secretly has an evil spirit. The difference here is we know this won't end wel...

This is my first time watching a Wes Anderson film, and that was wild! Such a unique style and brilliant fast-paced dialogue and comedy. Benicio del Toro and Mia Threapleton were great, and I loved Mi...

This movie is pretty cheesy. I'm getting some Spider-Man (2002) vibes from it. There is a lot I like about this. The vampire design in this is actually really cool. I like the lore with the vampires a...

"Nature must be molded to our desires." Right from the start, the usage of visuals and sound makes this eerie and uncomfortable, and it just keeps escalating till the end. Very creative, original, and...

Mirroring the similarities of the films' stars, Sacramento is the awkward doppelganger of A Real Pain. And boy, is this awkward, but it really works cause it also deals with anxiety and fear of the un...

This was pretty good. If this is the final Conjuring film, then it went out on a decent and pretty emotional note. While we've seen them cover multiple dangerous cases, the important part of the films...

Now my partner is standing next to the dog, staring at the empty corner whispering something in Latin(?) Like, shut up, Alison, Dak's talking about taking on the whole Empire himself!

Dalí and Disney coming together to create this beautiful surrealist short. It may have taken 58 years to finish, but I'm glad it was.

My dog keeps barking and growling at an empty corner of the room. Like, shut up already, I'm trying to hear Han Solo talk about how he made the Kessel Run in under twelve parsecs!

Between adaptations involving Muppets and now space aliens, I don't know if I could ever read the original Treasure Island. This was good. The animation was great, all of the space visuals were specta...

This is the best one so far! This may be the craziest plot and mission yet, but it's getting scary how this could actually be a threat now. The action scenes are great, and Hayley Atwell and Pom Kleme...

ALT: a little girl is saying `` happy birthday to me '' while standing in front of a table .

For me, this is THE comic book movie. Everything I'd want in a DC movie is here. Not having to go through another origin story and just starting in the middle of this story with established stories an...

When it comes to tone, this feels a lot more like the three Jurassic Park films, and Gareth Edwards always knows how to keep his films looking great. That being said, this movie was extremely boring, ...

WHAT. We’ve made the journey back from the Unknown Regions to bring a podcast to your ears! And all four of us at that! Going forward, we’re really going to be leaning into our CLONE WARS rewatch, so you’ve got that to look forward to! Obviously, a lot has happened in the last six months, so we’ve got a lot of discussion to catch up on. Celebration, movies, TV, and so much else. This one’s a bit of a grab bag, but it feels darn good to be back

A low-budget independent film that wears its heart on its sleeve. Show this to the average Vin Diesel fan of now, and they are going to be caught off guard. This is a very personal film and it works. ...

Truly wonderful the mind of a child is. From the story to the visuals to the acting, everything in this film is beautiful. Lee Pace may be the biggest name for the film, but the star is Alexandria (pl...

Is this the best M. Night Shyamalan film? No. Is it my favorite M. Night Shyamalan film? No. Is this even really an M. Night Shyamalan film? You're goddamn right it is! It's fun. It's got Josh Hartnet...

It seems we're always going to be stuck with the same Karate Kid formula, but it's done well. Li's story is good and really focuses on overcoming something real and serious that goes beyond being bull...

Now THAT is how you kill with style! John Kramer who? I absolutely love this movie. It's over the top. It's camp. It's creepy. It's hilarious. Vincent Price is great and he never even actually speaks ...

That was so dumb. I loved it. I thought it was going to be some cheap generic slasher movie, but I was dead wrong. This was really funny and super clever. Tons of fun.

Look, I get it. This doesn't have the style or suspense of Alien or Aliens. The lore probably doesn't add up. Most of the characters are pretty generic. I. DON'T. CARE. It's a fun movie. It's a cool m...
