i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

I saw Eternals in the theater and freaking loved it. My favorite shot was when Arishem talks to Sersi and it was the first time I feel like scale was used properly in a Marvel movie. Absolutely goated cinematography. I hope more people give the film a chance. Not perfect but a very interesting film.

Its a neck and neck race between this and Return of the King but POTC was pretty special. For a movie based on a plotless water ride its tightly written and lots of fun. It also probably saved the ride from being shuttered so I appreciate it for that.
