I will give out this card set for FREE with purchase of LADS merch in my shop. The printing quality and the gold foil on the back is really nice. But they are smaller than I thought. I only have 20 sets in stock. FCFS

Writers are full of anxiety because we’re very good at imagining in excruciating detail every possible thing that could go wrong.

i am trying to slowly migrate over here from the *other* place. TBH i just wanna get rid of the other place, but i'm sad about all the cool fanarts/fanfics I lurked on over there. I'm trying to stop using it as much and just leave it inactive though....thoughts?

writing is hard because you flip back and forth between "I am a literal fraud and this book will never be completed" and "I am a literary sex goddess and this book will earn me the affections of seven comely lasses" or maybe that's just me idk

Your regular reminder that there is no wrong medium for reading. Comic books, light novels, RPGs, games, ebooks, magazines all have text that tests comprehension - they demand you follow a story. Novels, short stories, poems are great, but any form of reading is fine, and opens the gate to more.

No, I don't need a bloody copilot for this document, thank you. Writing is, in no small part, a tool for thinking. If you outsource that element to a machine that cannot think, you shouldn't be surprised if, at the end of the process, neither you nor your reader are any the wiser.

if tumblr can steal and repost my old tweets for clout, so can i

the ideal fandom experience is 1 irl friend, 10-15 mutuals, 5 amusing strangers you’re trying to impress with the whimsical bells on your jaunty court jester’s outfit, & 2 artists who do not speak your language but will be making niche fanart for the next 35 years

writing a fic. But it has nothing to do with smut or romance. Sometimes the writing so good, you just gotta write a fic of one character punching the fuck out of another and not even in a smutty way lmao XD Just in a *I will kill you for what you've done* way looool
