Drove past a super gnarly motorcycle crash this morning. Kawasaki mangled in the middle of the road, and the rider balled up on the shoulder. Looked like a lowside into a guardrail post while coming down the hill. Hwy 9 takes no prisoners.

Percy needs an overhaul. Plug, Belt, rollers, air filter, carb clean, and exhaust (suddenly got really loud and a little slower, so there's definitely a leak) He's long overdue for some TLC. Gonna get performance exhaust and a carb kit when I can afford it, and maybe port and polish the head.

This bike tried to kill me back in 2020 when the engine froze solid at 85mph on Hwy 9 (2 strokes won't hesitate to end you) Might drag this one out of the shed and finally rebuild it. (2001 Cagiva Mito 125)

I was searching for ways to make the CT90 faster, but I was looking in the wrong place. It dawned on me that I should be looking at CRF50 pitbike forums. BINGO! I also happen to already have a CRF50 engine with an 88cc BBR kit installed.

Started an ambitious and silly project that's currently mocked up on an ancient Honda C50 that was on the back of an RV that got rear-ended-rear-ended. Already bought a bunch of parts, but I need to find a K1 CT90 or a CT110 frame before I can really start.

Got a mirror donked off by a 2×4 so I got some cheap Chinese mirrors off eBay. They seem completely serviceable, but they are CHEAP. If they live for a year, I'll be happy.
