It reminds me of the Tory party's great failure to prepare for the pandemic. Wild fires kill people and destroy homes every year in many countries and given the wildfires in the UK this year it's very irresponsible of UK Labour to bury this important climate change issue.

Because UK Labour only support "working people"? Pensions are not taxed, but work place pensions are taxed even before a new state pensioner get their very first state pension payment. It's a vicious but easy way to take tax from pension pots no matter how small.

Where to begin on unfair taxes. Just as petrol reached £1:75 and diesel over £2:02 today I googled how much the government taxes are on fuel. Total taxation which includes duty and vat @20% it's a double whammy of 54% government with income over £27billion pa. #taxtherich for goodness sake.
