one of my favourite streets in my neighbourhood, this was part of a small village that was merged with paris in the second half of the 19th century

Beautiful kite fren soaring overhead, wings at full stretch, tail only at half spread, but clearly longer than the stupid bird’s actual body, against a blue sky with high flimsy clouds, the sun giving its plumage a lovely golden glow, and it is a magnificent sight until you realise the fucker looks like a right derp, eyes crossed and beak foreshortened because of the angle.

Thing I've learned over the last year or two of drawing local raccoons and possums, then showing them at local shows-> People LOVE getting their phones out and showing off THEIR backyard trash buddies. Usually named! SO many people are so excited that it's cool to like raccoons and possums now.
