@destiny2team.bungie.net @dmg04.bsky.social Just looking for confirmation, but the Destiny 2 SRL jacket that was supposed to be coming in June pretty much died with the layoffs, right? Would totally understand if that’s the case.

Throughout almost 5 years working on @destinythegame.bungie.net, the main processes I contributed to were our static marketing assets including Gear & Character Composites, & Key Art, working in the amazing Creative Studios team.💠 Here's some highlights. Let me know your favorite piece!

Picked up my airbrush for the first time in a month to find I didn’t clean it NEARLY as well as I thought I had. I want to create something in dedication to #Destiny2 and all the devs that worked on it over the last decade but I haven’t figured out what yet.

Not to beat a dead horse, but Hermen Hulst fully backing Concord with his full chest, greenlighting a Horizon-based multiplayer game no one is interested in, and then shutting off the lights on Destiny 2 tells me his position within PlayStation should be reconsidered

As far as I can tell the entire gameplay capture team for bungie stuff got laid off (including related Sony peeps). If you want to hire one of the best game capture teams in the biz, we are all now roaming around (and I still am) Posting this cause that team isn’t really a social media crew

I did so much writing/ND work across Renegades, including the intro cine (www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJ0s...) & a lot of Aunor and Eido stuff. Officially I've been a senior for a month, but Renegades dev is where I started really stepping up into that. It taught me how to take charge of teamwork.

For campaigns, I got to close out Edge of Fate with its final cine & denouement beat. I'm stupid proud of how two bits of character voice (Lodi's period-appropriate "Ms. Rey" and the Drifter's "Nine-Touched") spread and propagated throughout the game. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PB2...

On top of the RAD writing/ND work, I also put together so much documentation and hashed out a process that made both teams happy (I hope!!!!), and in the last year I've been onboarding another writer to the process. Of everything I'm maybe proudest of how much I was able to smooth their way.

@destiny2team.bungie.net I am LOVING SRL being back, though I have a question. Was Shaxx always planned to replace Amanda, or was this done because time crunch? I feel like it would’ve been awesome to get Crow and Glint as announcers and it would be fitting for Crow; to keep Amanda’s memory alive
