Heads up - several of the bluesky apps that have been around for a year are not renewing their domain names & are either moving or closing down. Check your bookmarks since they could become scam sites? @skyline.gay is another that's moving. And thanks to the devs for posting about changes. 😎

Hey - we're switching domains to: skyline.louisarge.com I got skyline.gay for very cheap ($5), but the renewal was more expensive ($40), so decided to just put it on my personal site :) Really appreciate how many of you still use it & enjoy it.

Trying out @skyline.gay by @louis02x.com. It allows for custom algorithms and lists! It also allows for sharing your algorithms & lists and I can see it developing into a marketplace in the near future. The match/relevance percentage feature is also kinda neat.

There was a bug where some users would see an infinite loading spinner - sorry for the inconvenience, that has been fixed now!

Psst: they changed they changed the What's Hot feed to filter out NSFW content. On Skyline.gay, you still have the option to use the old uncensored one :)

web users: check out skyline.gay to see what alternative bluesky clients can offer. Skyline adds a couple of stock timelines (mutuals only, latest tweet from each) and lets you create your own using "I want to see more/less of" prompts

Should Skyline have a block-list marketplace?

We've had dark-mode for a week! We built it before we built profiles, because we have our priorities straight.

There are now many more options for how a Custom Timeline should behave on Skyline! 🥳 Additions: Pull from What's Hot or Mutuals only, create feeds without replies, multiple prompts, choose your own sorting algorithm

✨ Bring your own algorithm is here ✨ I was inspired by Phil's tweet, so I decided to hack together a little project: Skyline 🏙️ Skyline allows you to create your own AI algo-feeds, OR use one of our pre-defined feeds. Try it out: skyline.gay (the domain was at a discount 😂)
