October 4 - 11 is Banned Books Week. Prisons continue to be the largest site of censorship in the country, leaving incarcerated readers without links to their friends, families, and fiction from the outside. Help support incarcerated readers and Midwest Books to Prisoner by donating a book!
A maroon, gold, and blue flyer that reads, "Banned Books Week. October 4-11. Support independent bookstores and readers in prison! This week, when you buy a book from us for someone in prison, your gift will be matched in cash and donated to Midwest Books to Prisoners! Shop in store or on our online wish list!"
